Double Ended (DE)

Double-Ended lights are a specific type of High Intensity Discharge (HID) fixtures and bulbs, they have two connectors on each end similar to T5 tubes, giving them their name "Double Ended".

These fixtures are used in big growing environments as their intense light cover large footprints, altough they require to be mounted high above the canopy similar to Ceramic Metal Halide (CMH) fixtures to avoid light burns
